Mr Yarosh, have you ever been on the Great Wall?
Built between the 5th Century BC and the 16th Century to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire, today it attracts thousands of visitors a year, who are entranced by its history, the beauty of the landscapes and the challenge of walking on the Great Wall.
"no extraordinary experience is obtained ordinarily"
The Great Wall presents one of the world's toughest climbs with many steep ascents and descents and thousands of stone steps. It stretches over more than 6,000km (approx 4,000 miles). As you know, in just 3 days, on April 7, I'm stepping out on a 228km (142 mile) challenge leading a team of dedicated Walkers as we trek The Great Walk to Beijing.
Please tell your friends to sponsor our steps!
Just like you have done, your friends can sponsor ME or any one of my friends, the many wonderful sports and showbiz stars, or fellow cancer survivors joining me on the Walk. Click here to meet all our Walkers.
They can sponsor a Team - choose from seven teams: Survivors & Thrivers, Team UK, Team USA/Canada, Team China, Aussie Sports, Leaders and Australia Entertains. Click here to meet the teams.
Visit the website today - together we can build global awareness for The Great Walk to Beijing and help change the way the world treats cancer. Thank YOU.
Next time you hear from me will be from the Great Wall!
Love and Light
